We are currently facing a unique "problem" — we’re growing faster than we can promote! Because we have a deficit of internal candidates for our Machine Operator (Automs) positions, we are opening the doors for direct external hires.

This isn't your standard assembly line role. This is a position designed for those who have a knack for mechanics and want a clear, structured path to a permanent career.

The Opportunity

You will begin with an intensive 6-week General Operator training program to learn our fundamentals. Once you've mastered the basics, you will transition into specialised Automs training:

• Trial Period: 6 months (Training + Experience)
• The Goal: Conversion to a full-time permanent position upon successful completion.
• The Pay: This is a high-skill tier (SK4), matching our Material Handler rates.

Your Daily Impact

As a Specialist Operator, you are the heartbeat of the production cell. Your responsibilities include:

• Technical Oversight: Managing component hoppers and ensuring the cell remains fueled for production.
• Quality Control: Performing vital checks on assembled products to maintain our high standards.
• Output Management: Precision bagging and boxing of finished goods.
• Problem Solving: Basic troubleshooting, responding to system alarms, and performing tooling changes during job changeovers.
